- Hypermobility Specialist Physiotherapist/Osteopath
Perform Osteopathy is looking for a physiotherapist or osteopath to join our team in central Glasgow in an employed position. The clinic has grown organically into a specialist centre with around 90% of patients presenting with hypermobility-related conditions. This is an engaged, motivated patient population that values consistency, communication and specialist understanding.
We run longer appointment times to enable thoughtful assessment, time for reflection and truly individualised rehabilitation within a collaborative patient-practitioner relationship. There is no upselling or sales targets, just genuine patient care leading to meaningful progress over time.
The Role
- Hours: 0.8 FTE (flexible scheduling, possibility of job share for the right candidates)
- Salary: £29,000–£35,000 pro rata plus up to 35% bonus, depending on experience.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will assess and treat patients with hypermobility, persistent pain, and complex presentations. You’ll have plenty of support to develop your skills and encouragement to help shape our services as the clinic grows.

The Person
Essential
- HCPC or GOsC registration
- Strong MSK clinical skills
- Warm, compassionate communicator
- Reflective practitioner
- Willingness to learn about hypermobility and associated comorbidities
- Confidence with movement-based rehabilitation
- A gentle, respectful approach to hands-on treatment
Desirable
- Experience with EDS & hypermobility
- Pilates training
- JEMS training
- Experience with long-term rehab and patient empowerment skills
