Beginner’s Pilates Matwork
Beginner’s Pilates classes are ideal if you are:
- Returning to exercise after injury
- Regaining strength and fitness after an illness or long-term problem
- Unsure of the correct technique in other Pilates or conditioning classes
- Looking to improve your posture and movement
In a small class environment, there is plenty of time and space for everyone to work at their own level and for individual attention to ensure correct effective technique. Questions, queries, and feedback on how the exercises feel are encouraged!
Group Clinical Pilates
These are small sessions (2-4 participants) where you can use the full range of equipment to work on your personal rehabilitation needs under expert supervision, but at a much more affordable rate than a full individual session.
Suitable for those with basic experience (if you don’t have any Pilates experience or have more complex needs some individual sessions may be recommended first) and particularly suitable for people with hypermobility-related issues or those who want to troubleshoot a problem area.
Cost is £30 for a single session or £270 for a block of 10 to be used within a year.
One-to-one Clinical Pilates
Using the full range of Pilates equipment at the studio, individual sessions are ideal for specific injury issues you may wish to address or for individualized programmes designed for your body, taking into account injury history, daily activities, sports performance, and any other relevant factors. This is particularly useful for elite sportspeople looking to support their training, or those with a history of complex health issues or recurrent injuries who need to find a safe and sustainable way of exercising.
The cost is £60 for a single session, including a prescription for home follow-up activity, or £540 for a block of 10 sessions.
