Trauma-Informed Approach to Exercise
A one-day CPD workshop for Pilates teachers — Glasgow, August 2026
We’re excited to be hosting an in-person CPD day in partnership with The Movement Charity, a registered charity working to create safer, more inclusive exercise spaces for all. This is a rare opportunity to attend the course outside of London and is the first time it’s been provided in Scotland.
Given that an estimated 70% of people have experienced trauma at some point in their lives, it’s highly likely that many of your clients are affected, whether or not this is visible to you. This course is designed to help you recognise that, respond with confidence and care, and feel equipped rather than uncertain when these situations arise in your teaching.
