- To record details of your health and treatment; this is classed as sensitive data under the law and is strictly controlled. We use specialist clinical software with high levels of encryption and security to keep your information safe.
- Your information will be kept confidential unless we are required by law or our professional obligations to disclose it (for example, if served with a warrant)
- With your consent, we may get in touch from time to time with general information about the clinic and our services – you can withdraw consent at any time for this

Feedback & complaints
We welcome feedback and are really keen to hear any suggestions for improving our service – and we would like to know if you feel unhappy in any way. If you have any concerns or complaints you can contact your osteopath in the first instance, or the clinic director Annette Weir. If you wish to make a formal complaint you can ask for a copy of the complaints procedure via info@performosteopathy.co.uk – we will listen carefully to what you have to say, then investigate and reflect, and let you know how we propose to remedy the matter and what actions we may take in future.
